    Work With Us

Want to make the web a more inclusive place for more than a billion people around the world? TMC2page1 is  hiring.

Take My Company 2-page 1 Marketing is looking for people who know how to move mountains – not just look at them. Earn $60K if you’re average, $100K if you’re good, and $150K plus if you’re great. This is in the internet marketing industry, and we hire star performers, not backgrounds. Young or old – if you have the stuff, this is an opportunity to prove it. Matured sales skills are a must, though training is provided to ensure you are expert in the field of internet advertising and marketing.

Compensation is performance-based, with huge rewards to get you to $150K and beyond each year. To be successful, you’ll need to know how to tactfully open doors, build a network, and get appointments from a cold start. Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter and communicator, and expert at helping our customers get things running and online. Come and take control of your career with our trend-setting company. Our clients love us, and we need earth-movers to help continue our growth without diluting our value. For more details contact Rick Ware,  by TXT 818-422-0433 or by email to rickdware@takemycompany2page1.com.  Please include your Name and Email Address.

    Choose your own adventure

Everyone works from the location they choose. We’re spread out all over the world in more than 60 countries. We track about 70 percent of our projects on  P2-themed WordPress.com blogs, 25 percent in private chat rooms, and the rest on Slack. Because of the geographic variance, we’re active 24/7. We care about the work you produce, not just the hours you put in.

    Coming On Board

When you make it past the interview stage, we’ll do a project together on contract, typically lasting between two to six weeks depending on how much time you can spend, to see how we work together (learn more about our  GLOBAL HIRING PRACTICES here). When you join full-time, you’ll do customer support for WordPress.com for your first two weeks and spend a week in support annually, for evermore, regardless of your position. We believe an early and ongoing connection with the people who use our products is irreplaceable.

    TMC2page1 Yearly Conference

We will get the whole company together once a year for seven days so that our employee can create bonds that impact them all year long. So far, we’re planning our first conference in San Francisco, California.

In our conference, teams meet to brainstorm team-level strategy and bond in locales ranging from Boulder to Buenos Aires, Las Vegas to Lisbon, Montréal to Mexico City, and Vienna to Vietnam. I hope you enjoy travel.

    Diversity and Inclusion

TMC2page1 is an MBE (Minority Business Enterprise), diversity is actually automatic. At our Conference in 2020 we will divulge our plan for increasing diversity in the field of technology, and how we will foster inclusion in the Technology Industry.

What do we look for? ·

Take My Company 2 page 1 employees are high energy, curious, driven, compassionate, tenacious, autonomous, friendly, independent, collaborative, communicative, supportive, self-motivated, and amazing comedy and GIFs. We strive to live up to the TMC2page1 Creed, and only want to work with people who feel same.  Are you interested in making the web and America a more inclusive place, then we urge you to apply today?

    Our Development Process

Data-informed, user-driven ·For every new site and feature we launch, we gather metrics about its usage, interaction, and growth in addition to listening to the masses of feedback we get on our blog and through support channels. Gathering metrics helps us make inform decisions about new features and enhancements. It’s not uncommon to launch a site or feature and then redesign it immediately.

We have a one-button deploy system for WordPress.com, and we push code to the site 60–80 times a day. WordPress.com is synced with the WordPress.org trunk pretty much every weekday. We’re strong believers in Open Source, and we try to open source everything we can.
